I am new to yoga, and I am not flexible. How do I start?

The biggest misconception is that one must be 'naturally' flexible to practice yoga. Establish a regular personal practice and see results within 3 to 6 months. Yoga poses involve stretching helps lengthen the muscle fibers and increase range of motion, and the more you practice, the more that your body will open up and improve your flexibility.
