December 14 2023 8:55amListen to your body and set realistic goals. Even if you only practice for one hour a week, you will experience the benefits of yoga. Please don’t overdo it. If you don’t enjoy your yoga practice, you will never keep it up. It should be something you look forward to doing. We suggest starting with 2 - 3 times a week. 15-minute yoga practice is still a practice and counts. Enjoy your practice!
