The best way to gauge how often you should practice is to listen to your body and move at your own pace. We recommend practicing 2 - 3 times a week to gain the most benefit. Establish a consistent home practice by alternating styles of yoga that compliments such as Yin and Vinyasa, or Restorative and Hatha.
